On viewing page with tabs that have been resorted it always jumps to the whatever the last tab created.
I.E.
Created one after another
Tab 1, tab 2, tab 3
it starts with tab 3 open
reorder to
tab 2, tab 3, tab 1
it starts with tab 3 open
