Table of Contents – no longer has option to exclude particular headings

I’ve been using the TOC for some time and love it, but suddenly the option to exclude a particular heading is no longer there. I don’t mean all H2 or all H3 etc. I use a headline in my posts and I never want the headline included. I used to check a box in the TOC and the headline was scored through. That option’s gone… Any ideas where to find it now?

Exactly – I used to have the little box to check whether to show the heading or not, but it’s no longer there
