Impossible to update / modify create new Table of Contents

Hello, I am using your plugin on a few of my sites and for a few days now I am having a big issue with the table of contents. I can not preview, create, modify nor update and of my existing table of content.

I get an error message “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed” .

any idea how to fix this?
