Bold type in text buttons is broken

Hello, I use bold type in the text of the buttons I put on my wordpress website. Since last version, buttons are not able to recognize bold type, and text looks in the front like this:

u003cstrongu003eIR AL CHOLLOu003c/strongu003e

Can you take a look and repair it please? Thank you

If you add Bold type to the text in buttons, when you see button after publishing you see this:

u003cstrongu003eTEXTu003c/strongu003e

instead of this: TEXT

Same happens with bold type in Toggle
